The Fern Valley Water District has enabled our customers with the ability to pay your utility bill online. There is a convenient link located on our main web site page for customers to access the FVWD customer Portal site and there are several new features we are excited to bring to our customers!

All Fern Valley Water District customers may go online and submit utility bill payments, as well as register for an online customer account. Bills may be paid without registering for an online account, however there are additional customer features available to those who wish to create an online account (user profile) with protected password access.  At this time, you can only pay onlline with a credit card.  The only credit card not accepted is American Express.

Some of these convenient online customer portal features are:

• Ability to view your historical utility usage information
• Ability to view your utility bill history records
• Ability to view past utility bill statements (up to one year)
• Ability to send email communications directly to the FVWD customer service inbox

FVWD customers who set up their online bill pay portal accounts have access to these useful features in addition to the ability to submit online utility bill payments.
